Team Selections Round 9 – East Torrens “The Reds”

Woodville front East Torrens in the 9th round of Grade Cricket, with the Peckers desperate to keep in touch with the top four to ensure a tilt at their title defence.  There are a number of ins and outs, with more slashes than a Wes Craven flick.  Dan Harris and Kane Richardson shoot off to represent the Redbacks in Twenty20 in Bris Vegas, and Tim Cameron is absent.  Coming into the A grade side is Clare boy and B grade ‘keeper Matthew Stopp, Bordertown lad Brad Inglis also makes his debut, and from a bit further North, Warwickshire squad member Stefan Piolet joins in the fun at the Paradise Community Church Carpark.  Tom Clark returns from holiday to rejoin the seconds, and Dylan Stutley joins the B grade which ironically contains 5 players with surnames beginning with the letter B.  Kyron Burgess is away in the west, representing SA in the National U17 carnival, but returns for the second week.  Go Peckers.
